Enjoy this new spin on your yoga practice by including weights. Before starting this class you will want to grab some hand weights. The size of your weights will depend on your existing fitness level. If you are new to fitness and weights you might want to start with 2-3 pound weights. If you want to add a little more use 4-5 pound weights.
Diastasis Note: Plank pose is not 100% diastasis safe; therefore, we modify it by dropping to our knees or you can simply lower to the floor without holding in the up position.
