This week I want to share with you how you can use your feet in inversions. It seems odd that your feet would play a big role in an inversion, since your feet are not connecting with a surface but they do. When you properly engage your feet, it engages your legs more effectively, and when your legs are engaged more effectively it engages your core better. The engagement of your feet just might be the missing piece you need to get into inversions more effortlessly and effectively.
