I just started a new Holy Yoga series that is going to take us back to the essentials of a yoga practice. This week our focus was on two main elements of yoga--physical postures and meditation. Next week we will explore more about the breath.
In addition, we looked at how yoga is not just a practice of the body but a practice of one's mind and heart.
