Flatter Stomach by Improving Your Posture

We have all probably read in a magazine somewhere that if you stand up talk it appears to others that you have lost weight.  Well, there is some truth in this.  As you stand up tall, it changes your stomach area by allowing the abdominal muscles and the rest of the body t0 perform at it most optimal level.  However, standing up tall is not a magic pill that will take pounds off the scale.

The position of your pelvis and your neck plays a huge role in the shape of your stomach.  If you are looking for a flatter stomach, it may start by simply improving your posture.

As you watch the video below you will see how a slight shift in the pelvis or the neck actually makes the belly push out further.  In addition, you will see how bringing your pelvis and neck into properly alignment will cause your stomach to become flatter.
