The alignment of our feet is crucial to the overall function of our body. If our feet are turned out it impacts that knee and the hip causing uneven wear and tear which may result in knee or hip replacement down the road. For some of us (me included) practicing properly alignment in my feet/legs is not easy. In fact in requires a lot of concentration and work.
