How Strong are your Abs: Try our Ab Challenge

Over the last 6 years, my stomach area has fallen apart.  I blame it on several things like not taking care of myself, having 4 babies, having twins, not watching my alignment, not exercising, and not taking care of myself (wait I may have said that already).  The stomach muscles I once had are non-existent.  When holding a yoga plank pose my whole body shakes–8 years ago when I was teaching Holy Yoga that was not the case.  I also discovered that I have an abdominal injury called a disastasis recti.  (Find out if you have one.)

I am currently on the journey of healing my diastasis and reclaiming my abdominal strength by taking care of my body.  The following video is a challenge for myself and also for you.   I’m not good at the abdominal strengthener in this video, I struggle.  Lets struggle together and see where are abdominal muscles are in about a month.
