We have probably all done this heart opener/shoulder stretch a million times. So why am I bringing it to you again? Well, because most people do it wrong. I was one of those people.
The key to this heart opener is keep a slight bend in your elbows. So take a peek at the video, you just might learn a new way of doing this common exercise.
P.S. This was one of my go-to exercises while I was pregnant and nursing because it took me out of the all too common rounded forward position.
