Relieve Neck/Shoulder Tension Through Exercises

For the past 13 years, I have been dealing with extremely tight shoulders and neck. This tightness has caused me to have terrible upper body posture, pain in my upper back, and headaches. All of these exercises in the video have greatly helped me to reduce my tension. I know they can do the same for you. Enjoy.
