Revelation Wellness At-Home Chair Workout – Older Adults & Overweight Fitness

I’m excited to bring you a NEW Revelation Wellness 10 minute at-home workout today. This workout consists of interval training, which is a great way to mix up strength training. For this video you will need a chair (or you can stand) and some hand weights (or soup cans). This workout is a great way to easily get some strength training and movement into your without leaving your own home.
