Today, I am bringing you a senior 10 minute at home workout. I truly believe that anyone at any age and with any ability can practice fitness (or moving). All to often we get hung up on words like “fitness” , “exercise”, or “working out”. What about moving? We can all move. However, when we move it might look a little differently than the person next to us–but yet we moving. Our bodies were created to move. The following 10 minute workout features older adults and is labeled “Seniors at Home Workout” but I”m not a senior yet and I got a lot out of this workout.
