Transverse Abdominal Exercises in a Chair

The following exercises are great for strengthening your transverse abdominal muscles which are your inner corset. By doing these you will reduce your mid section, gain great abdominal strength, and lessen back pain. All of these exercises are safe for people with a diastasis recti.
