Today I am inviting you to join me on the journey of restoring your body. I started this journey over 2 years ago and since then my physical body and the food I put into my body has changed a lot. I am stronger and healthier now than when I was a teenager.
What does the journey to restore one’s body look like?
Well it starts with re-framing your concepts and ideals of what it means to be fit. (You can read more about that here.)
Then it means practicing alignment on a daily basis, not good posture.
And lastly, it means taking 8 minutes to watch this video blog post about my own journey with restoring my body along with some fitness tips to start you on your journey.
In this video I will share with you some of my top go-to exercises for better health–squats, calf stretch and transverse abdominal exercises.
