Complete Motions was founded by Christina Mroz in 2006 as a faith-based Christian health and wellness ministry. The foundation of this ministry is to inspire health in mind, body, and soul through Jesus Christ.

Meet Our Area Team
Christina Mroz
Christina has been a yoga instructor for over 11 years and a Pilates instructor for over 6 years. She has taught classes to babies, children, older adults, people with disabilities, and pregnant women. In December of 2009, she released a Holy Yoga Pre-Natal and Back Care DVD and in December of 2011 she co-released the Kids’ Holy Yoga DVD & Kids’ Holy Yoga Scripture Cards. Christina and her husband, Michael have been married for over 7 years and have 4 children, Hannah, Kaleb, Elsa, and Ellianna. They reside in Kellogg, MN.

Pamela Lawstuen:
Pamela gave her life to Christ in 1996 as a result of a horrible accident that took place on their farm, when a 19 year old young man was killed. She have been a Jesus Stalker ever since. In 2011, she decided to join the Holy Yoga family because of the spiritual connection she felt during taking classes in Wabasha, MN. She never thought anything was – she just felt drawn into the need of something deeper. As she went the through Holy Yoga Instructor Immersion, she still felt like she was in the wrong place. However, in May of 2011 Pamela went to the Holy Yoga retreat and that is where Jesus changed her life. She knows that he has called her and she feel totally equipped. When God leads…He makes the paths straight. Pameal am now a Registered Holy Yoga Instructor and serving God with all that she is. Pamela instructs in the Modena/Alma/Mondovi, WI area.
