Fit City Wabasha
Fit City Wabasha is a collaborative committed to improving the health of our
community through exercise, education, activities, and support.
Exercise classes are offered weekly for people 55 and older in Wabasha, Minnesota.
Each class emphasized proper breathing, flexibility, strengthening, range of
motion, and balance.
Mondays 8:30-9:30am
Thursdays 8:30-9:30am
St. Elizabeth's Hospital in
the Sister Gerina Room
Cost: $30 punchcard for 20 classes
Classes must be used within 3 months of issuing the punchcard.
Punchcards can be purchased at the class or through Christina Mroz.
Fit City DVD now available
Each DVD features 2 workout videos that are 30 minutes in
length. The cost is $5.00 per DVD.
