Complete Motions is a faith-based Christian health and wellness ministry.  The purpose of this ministry is to inspire women to live a life of health in Mind, Body, and Soul.  A portion of all proceeds goes to Operation Christmas Child and Feed the Hungry.

I have been a yoga instructor for over 9 years and a Pilates instructor for over 5 years.  I have taught classes to babies, children, older adults, people with disabilities, and pregnant women.  In May of 2007, she gave birth to a baby girl.  Her entire pregnancy and birth experience was amazing; which she attributes to yoga and Pilates.  Her little daughter is a very happy and lively baby; which she also attributes to yoga and Pilates.  People from all walks of life and abilities can find tremendous benefit from yoga and Pilates.
