Why hire a life coach for my teenager?

Your teenager has talents, skills, goals, and dreams, but is disorganized, confused, and lacking confidence to succeed.

Do parents need to be involved?

This depends upon the teen. If a teen is highly motivated, there is no need for parental involvement. However, if the teen is lacking motivation and respect, a parent may need to be involved.

How are coaching sessions structured?

Coaching fees usually include up to 3 formal coaching appointments per month, conducted either by phone or in person, for the duration of 45 minutes. This fee also includes short exchanges via email or telephone during the week for updates, encouragement, or questions.
