Tele-Class Tips
Tele-Classes you an automated teleconferencing bridge line. This allows a
group of people to gather on one phone life.1. The bridge line
will tell you to say your name upon entering the call. Wait a moment
before providing this information, so that you are interrupting someone.
2. Speakerphones may cause disturbances and sound quality on the line.
Avoid if possible.
3. Turn off two-line phone lines, other phones/faxes.
4. Remember that any noise around you can be heard on the line, like
heavy breathing, the radio, people/dogs in the background, etc.
5. When entering a conversation or making a comment, please state your
name so that everyone knows who is speaking.
Is it free?Yes, tele-classes are free--meaning you don't have to pay a fee to
take the class; however, all participants will incur their normal long distance
charges to the phone number provided to the bridge line. So while there is
technically no fee for the class, you will have to pay for the cost of dialing
into the call.
